We send out all of our packages with Canada post express services so you can get your hands on our newest products fast with tracking.
Processing time: All orders are shipped out within 48 hours of purchase. *Business Days Only
Delivery Estimates: Within 3-12 days(Shipping times are estimates based on Canada post's delivery speed, shipping can take longer with special weather conditions.)

1. Please verify that you have the correct shipping address on your order before making any payments as this is the address we will be shipping to.
2. When encountering force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits.
3. We take every reasonable precaution to ensure our products arrive at your door safe and sound. If the item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately within 3 business days after receiving shipping.
Orders Tracking:
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us with your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, carrier's information, date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and tracking numbers for items that have been shipped.
